How do I login on the Mobile App?

Logging In

• Once you have downloaded the app (Android or iOS/ Apple), you will be asked to enter your workspace url. Each agency has their own url (i.e, yoururl.theralytics.net). Enter the workspace URL and then click next. If you don't know your workspace URL please contact your agency administrator. 

• After you have entered your workspace URL, you will be required to enter your username and password. This is the same username and password you use to login when you access the web version of Theralytics. After you enter your username, scroll down and enter your password. If you don't remember your password make sure to go to "Forgot Password" to avoid being locked out. 

• Once you login successfully you should be able to see your schedule if you have appointments scheduled for today. You can change the date range of appointments (red circle) to see appointments for previous days, but you cannot view appointments in the future. Clicking on the refresh icon (red arrow) or dragging down on the main application will refresh the application. Once you see appointments on your screen, they have been downloaded to your mobile app for offline access.
