Each agency has their own URL. Please contact your agency administrator or contact person for the login URL / website. You should also receive from them your login information (username and password)
On Chrome, go to your agency’s URL (Ex.: *****.theralytics.net), and login using your provided credentials.
Click “Login”
You will be prompted to create answers to your security questions. Please take note of these since you will be asked every time you sign into a new device.
