How do I complete sessions on the mobile app?

Completing Sessions

  • Once you have logged into the app, you will need to change the date range to download the appointments for the selected period of time. At this time, you cannot look at future appointments on the mobile app. You will need wifi / cellular connection to complete this step.
  • Click on the edit icon once your session has been finished to change the session times (based on permissions), enter your notes, and capture signatures (if required). Press complete once you have added all the required information. See video below 


  • Once you have completed an appointment, it will no longer appear on your mobile app. You must go to the web / desktop version of Theralytics to see the details of a completed appointment.


*Note: Complete button is only available if you have wifi / cellular connection. Click here to learn more about completing appointments offline.


Viewing Client Details and Cancelling Appointments:

  • View client details by pressing the "Client Details" button. This will give you access to additional addresses, phone numbers, and emergency contact information.

  • Cancel an appointment by clicking on the cancel icon and selecting the cancellation reason. Once an appointment has been canceled it will appear in red (such as the 5/31/19 appointment below). You can can then undo the cancellation (based on permissions) by clicking the undo icon on the top right of the canceled appointment.
