How do I complete sessions offline on the mobile app?

You can render sessions offline through our mobile app. Here are the steps:

• Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the mobile app on an Android or Apple device.
• You will need to download your schedule on a daily basis if you plan to use offline rendering. Downloading your schedule simply means opening the application when you have wifi, and refreshing the the Theralytics app so that all of your appointments for the day appear on the app:

Once you see the appointment in the mobile application, it means the appointment has been downloaded. Do not logout of the app.

• Once you have downloaded the appointment, you can go into a location with no wifi/cellular connection and open the mobile app. The appointment should be there if you have it downloaded. You can then add your notes/signatures (if required) as you normally would. If you need assistance in writing notes/signatures on the mobile app visit our guide by clicking here.
• After you have added your notes and signatures, you will need to click on "SAVE (Offline Only)". This will save your notes/signatures to the application. 

• Once you have wifi or cellular connection you will need to go to "Sync Offline Data" in the menu bar, review your offline appointments, and then click "Send All". See video below:

* Note: Completed appointments will not appear on the mobile app. You will need to view completed appointments on the web / desktop version of Theralytics.
