How Do I Complete Sessions Offline on the Mobile App?

You can render sessions offline through our mobile app. Here are the steps:


  • Ensure you have downloaded the latest version of the mobile app on an Android or Apple device.
  • You will need to download your schedule daily if you plan to use offline rendering. Downloading your schedule simply means opening the application when you have Wi-Fi, and refreshing the Theralytics app so that all of your appointments for the day appear on the app. 

Once you see the appointment in the mobile application, it means the appointment has been downloaded. Do not logout of the app.


  • Once you have downloaded the appointment, you can go to a location with no Wi-Fi/cellular connection and open the mobile app. The appointment should be there if downloaded. You can then add your notes/signatures (if required) as you normally would. If you need assistance writing notes/signatures on the mobile app, visit our guide by clicking here
  • After you have added your notes and signatures, click on "SAVE (Offline Only)". This will save your notes/signatures to the application. 

  • Once you have Wi-Fi or cellular connection, go to "Sync Offline Data" in the menu bar, review your offline appointments, and then click "Send All". See the video below for guidance. 



* Note: Completed appointments will not appear on the mobile app. You will need to view completed appointments on the web/desktop version of Theralytics.
