This guide will teach you how to use Theralytics' AI Generative Summary to streamline your note writing and documentation.

4. Click "Generate AI summary"

If you are not satisfied with the output, or made any changes to the note after generating the summary, you can regenerate it by using the same button once more.
Click 'Generate AI summary'

5. Click "CONFIRM"

Please note this will override the existing summary and that data will be lost, so make sure to save any of the text you would like to keep.
Click 'CONFIRM'

6. Click "Save As Draft"

Make sure to Save as draft any changes to the narrative summary field prior to exiting session note so you can continue where you left off.

7. Collect Skill acquisition and Behavior Reduction Data.

While collecting data prior to generating the summary is not required, we strongly recommend it if you'd like the summary to include it. Our AI can summarize today's data and identify trends when comparing it to the latest session.

8. Complete Note

Finalizing your notes ensures that all your observations and data are securely stored, to support ongoing documentation.

Complete Note
Once the session note is complete, you may not be able to edit the Narrative Summary. If you need to make any changes, please contact your administrator to request edit access.
