How do I edit staff availability?

Only users who have permission to edit staff details will be able to edit staff availability. 

Go to manage users, user list and then click on the edit icon:


Go to availability then enter the availability for that user. If the staff works across multiple offices you will need to enter the availability for each office. If the availability is the same across each day then simply select "Apply Monday availability for other weekday(s)". 




Please note: You must set the availability for each staff prior to scheduling them in Theralytics. If the staff has no availability set in Theralytics they will not be able to schedule appointments.
