I'm getting an error message when scheduling my appointment.

You may encounter the following error(s) when scheduling an appointment:

  • (Appointment Name) is not authorized for this date/time. You may not have enough hours left on the authorization. Please check (or ask your agency admin) the authorization on file and see how many hours remains. Theralytics uses rounding rules to ensure hours are not overutilized. 



  • (Staff Name) has an appointment during this time. The staff may have another appointment at the same time. Please check the staff's schedule and remove the overlapping appointment. If the staff is seeing more than one client then please ensure the appointment type has "Allow Overlapping" checked. An example of this would be a social skills group.




  • Selected staff is not available at this date, time. The availability of the staff may not have been entered. Please click here to learn more about editing staff availability. Availability must be entered for each office the staff is assigned to.
