Downloading Session Notes
Step 1: Open the Reports Menu
From the main menu, navigate to "Reports." This is where all reporting modules are located.
Step 2: Navigate to the Audit Tools Module
Click on "Audit Tools" in the Reports menu to access session-related data.
Step 3: Select Session Notes
Click on "Session Notes" to access the report where completed session notes are stored.
Step 4: Select a Client
From the dropdown menu, select the client whose session notes you want to view. Use the search bar if needed to quickly locate the client.
Step 5: Select Note Type
Choose the desired note type from the dropdown menu. This helps filter the report to show only the relevant session notes.
Step 6: Include Clinical Data (Optional)
If you want to include clinical data in the session notes, click the "Include Clinical Data" checkbox. Including this data provides a more comprehensive view of the session, making the report more informative.
Step 7: Generate the Report
After making your selections, click the "Generate" button to create the report. If you skip setting filters, the report will default to the current week and include all staff and locations. Note that unrendered appointments will not appear in the report.
Step 8: View Report
Once generated, the session notes will appear below. Review the notes to ensure they contain the desired information.

To download the report, click the "Save" icon. A dropdown menu will appear where you can select your preferred file format (e.g., PDF, Excel).
