Theralytics has an “Upload Documents” feature that allows you to attach document files to sessions. You can use this to attach supporting information or include corrected session notes after the claim has been submitted. This feature is available upon request. If you notice it is not showing on your sessions, and you would like us to enable it for your database, you may request it by emailing us at support@theralytics.net
Here are the steps to use the Upload Documents feature in Theralytics:
1) Scroll down to the end of the SOAP note (after you've entered the SOAP fields) and click "Upload Document". Simply upload the document you wish to attach to the SOAP note from there. You can upload a document before or after rendering a session.
2) To download the documents which were uploaded you would need to go to "Session Note Documents" under Manage Clients then filter out the notes you would like to download. You can download multiple notes at once in a zip file to later extract in your PC.
