Adding Raw Data

Aside from collecting data via the Mobile App or the Web Browser, Theralytics also allows you to enter in raw data for previous session dates. This can be useful if there is a need to transfer data from paper to Theralytics from a session in the past. Please follow the instructions below for information on how to use this.

1. First, select the client and navigate to their Data Collection setup from their profile

2. For Skill Acquisition targets, you will need to select the Domain, Program, and Target that you would like to add Raw Data to.

3. Once the target is located, select the red “plus” icon. 

4. Fill out the fields for the date, session time, practitioner, etc for the data that you are entering. For additional lines of data, select the green “plus” icon.

5. For Behavior Reduction data, you will just need to navigate to the Behaviors tab and select the red plus icon to enter your data.

6. Please be aware that this can only be done from the web browser, and only by a user with the appropriate permissions. Any use that wishes to add raw data will need access to “Data Collection Setup” under the client permissions for their user role.

Additional Precautions

While entering raw data, if certain fields are left blank, you may run into a message that says “Data not Found” after saving your raw data.

For example, if I were to add raw data, but only specify the prompt code and no other information, the system would generate this error when my data was saved. In order to avoid this, please make sure that all required fields are filled out for all data points before saving.

You will need to fill in at least the date, the staff name, the status, and the prompt code to save correctly. If the time is left blank, the system will record the current time as the time for that data point.
