In addition to our web browser option, Clinical data can also be taken on the mobile app. The process of using both platforms will be identical. To collect data from the mobile app follow these steps:

  1. Tap on the top left corner Menu button.

  2. Tap on Collect Data:

  1. Type in the search box your client’s name and tap it to move on to the program selection. We advise selecting Sync Master Data at least once a day at the beginning of your first session to make sure all of your programs and targets are up to date. Please note, if you cannot see a particular client listed, you may need to ask your administrator to assign this client to your user.

  1. Select which programs you will be running for today’s session. You can select individual programs or Tap   to run all programs. Once you have made your selections tap . Please note programs, targets and prompts will require setup on the web browser prior to utilizing the mobile app.

  1. From the Skill Acquisition tab in the app, you will be able to collect data on both Task Analysis and Discrete Trial Training programs. Simply tap on the dropdown list of the desired program and select the target .

  1. After target selection, the prompt codes will display, which you can then mark accordingly.  You will see a confirmation message at the bottom verifying that data was saved, as well as the number of trials you have recorded on the ongoing session.

  1.  Tap on “Today’s DTT data”. From there you will be able to delete any trials you may have recorded by mistake by tapping on the recycle can icon:

  1. To collect data on Task Analysis programs, simply  select target and tap

  2. A new window will pop up where you will see the steps listed in order. You will need to select a prompt level from the list for each step and tap “Save” to record the trial:

  1. Behavior reduction data can be collected from the Behavior Data Tab between the Skill Acquisition and Notes tab. Behaviors are separated by dimension and data collection method such as Frequency and Duration.

  2. Similar to Skill acquisition programs, you can delete Behavior count or duration recorded inaccurately by tapping

  3. To record duration data for behaviors, switch to the Duration tab at the top and Start the timer. You can have several timers for different behaviors running simultaneously. Make sure to tap Save each time after the timer is stopped otherwise the total duration will not be recorded:

  1. To record partial interval data for behaviors targeted for reduction, tap on the “Partial Interval” tab and  to run the timer.

  2. If the behavior is observed during the interval, tap on the check box to mark it. If the behavior is checked the interval will be recorded as “Yes” for behavior observed, and the checkbox will reset once a new interval starts.

  1. You can also stop the interval and record the behavior occurrence before it is over by tapping “Stop "and “Save”

  2. To save any notes relevant to data collection, please use the notes tab and tap Do not use this section of the app to type in your session notes. Those should be recorded by editing the appointment in the Main Menu.

  1. To run maintenance programs, tap on the Maintenance tab

From there, you can select which programs to run and proceed to collect data the same way you would for steps 4 through 6.
