Managing Availability

Availability will determine when you can schedule appointments for your users. Please note that you will see an error message if you try to schedule appointments outside of the availability times you’ve set.



Please follow the instructions below to set the availability for your users.


  1. Go to Manage Users and select the user list

  1. Select the edit button for the user

  1. Under the Availability tab, you can set the times that this user will be available for scheduling appointments each day.


  1. If there are any times that a user will not be available, you can set them using the Unavailability Date and Time section on the bottom.


       



  1. Once you click the save or submit buttons on the bottom, the available time for that user will be set. Please note that availability only affects scheduling, users will still have access to log into the system outside of their availability time.
