Downloading Client Files from the App (iOS)

How to Download and View Client Documents in the Theralytics Mobile App

Step 1: Locate and Download the Document

1. Open the Theralytics app and navigate to Client Documents.
2. Search and select your client.
3. Adjust the From and To date filters if necessary to find the document.
4. Tap the blue Download icon (downward arrow) next to the document you want to save.
5. When the pop-up notification appears confirming "Document downloaded to storage", tap OK.

Step 2: Access the File on Your iOS Device

1. Exit the Theralytics app and go to your phone's Home Screen.
2. Swipe down from the middle of the screen to open Search (or locate the app directly on your screen).
3. Type Files into the search bar and tap the blue Files app icon.
4. Tap the Browse tab at the bottom right corner of the screen.
5. Under the Locations section, tap On My iPhone.
6. Find and tap the Theralytics folder to access your downloaded documents.
