Getting Started with the Theralytics Mobile App

The Theralytics Mobile app can be downloaded from the iOS or Android app store, and will allow you to enter appointments, render sessions, and collect data. Please follow the instructions below for more information on this feature.


  1. To log into the app, you will need to enter your workspace URL. This will be the same as the URL that you sign into on the desktop version

  1. After that, you will be able to sign into your clinic on the app. Please be aware that you will not be able to reset your password if it is incorrect. For that, we advise using the web browser version to reset your password, then try logging into the app again.

  1. For the Location permissions, please make sure to allow Theralytics to see your location.

  1. From the Appointments screen, you will be able to see appointments for the current day. If you have more than one appointment scheduled for the same day, you can scroll down to view these appointments.

  1. From the top, you can change the From date to view sessions that happened earlier. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to view future sessions, only sessions in the past.

  1. On the appointment card, you can cancel the appointment by clicking the icon on the left, or start your session note by clicking the icon on the right.

  1. On the session note, you can click the clock in button to have the system record your clock in time. Depending on your permissions, you may also be able to adjust the start and end times of the session if needed.

  1. Once you have filled out the SOAP note, you can then add the Guardian Name + Signature and Employee signature. Make sure to draw your signature in the white box after clicking the signature button.

  1. At the bottom, you can cancel any changes made to the session note, Save the note offline, or complete the note if all necessary signatures and fields are completed.

  1. If you elect to Save offline, (for example if you do not have access to an internet connection at the time of service) you will need to make sure that you Sync Offline Data as soon as you have access to the internet again.

  1. To view your clients, click the Collect Data Icon. This will display a list of clients that you have been assigned or that you have access to. 

  1. You can select the Sync Master Data to update the programs and targets that you are collecting data on. This will reflect the client’s current active programs and targets on the desktop version.
