Logging In
- Once you have downloaded the app (Android or iOS/Apple), you will be asked to enter your workspace URL. Each agency has its own URL (e.g., yoururl.theralytics.net). Enter the workspace URL and then click Next. If you don't know your workspace URL, please contact your agency administrator.
- After entering your workspace URL, you will need to enter your username and password. This is the same username and password you use to log in to the web version of Theralytics. After entering your username, scroll down and enter your password. If you don't remember your password, make sure to use the "Forgot Password" option to avoid being locked out.
- Once you log in successfully, you should be able to see your schedule if you have appointments scheduled for today. You can change the date range of appointments to view appointments for previous days, but you cannot view future appointments. Clicking on the refresh icon or dragging down on the main application screen will refresh the app. Once you see appointments on your screen, they have been downloaded to your mobile app for offline access.
