Completing Sessions
- Once you have logged into the app, change the date range to download the appointments for the selected period. Currently, future appointments cannot be viewed on the mobile app. A Wi-Fi or cellular connection is required to complete this step.
- Tap on the edit icon once your session is finished to adjust the session times (if permissions allow), enter your notes, and capture signatures (if required). Press Complete once you have added all necessary information. See the video below for more details.
- Once an appointment is completed, it will no longer appear on your mobile app. To see the details of a completed appointment, you must use the web or desktop version of Theralytics.
Note: The Complete button is only available if you have a Wi-Fi or cellular connection. Click here to learn more about completing appointments offline.
Viewing Client Details and Canceling Appointments
- View client details by pressing the Client Details button. This provides access to additional addresses, phone numbers, and emergency contact information.
- To cancel an appointment, click on the cancel icon and select a cancellation reason. Once canceled, the appointment will appear in red (e.g., the 5/31/19 appointment shown below). You can undo the cancellation (if permissions allow) by clicking the undo icon in the top right of the canceled appointment.
