Generate Payroll Report


Step 1:  Access the Reports Section:

Log in to Theralytics and navigate to the Reports section.

Step 2: Select the Payroll Option:

Choose the Payroll button to proceed to the report customization page.

Step 4: Default Report Generation:

If you click 'Generate' without setting filters, the report will default to the current week, showing all locations and all staff. Note that unrendered appointments will not be included in the report.

To include unrendered appointments missing only guardian signatures, check the box labeled 'Include unrendered sessions that are only missing parent signatures.'

After making all necessary selections, click the 'Generate' button to create the report.



Step 6: View and Download the Report:

Once generated, you can view the report directly in Theralytics or download it by clicking the 'Save' icon and selecting your preferred file format.
