How To Assign Staff To Teams

To ensure users can only access specific clients from your client list and specific staff schedules, you can utilize the "View Team Clients Only" permission when setting up user roles. Users with this permission will have visibility only to clients linked to their profiles. Additionally, the “View Team Schedules” allows you to manage team schedules effectively by assigning staff members to a user's profile.





How to Assign Staff and Clients to a User's Profile:

  1. Navigate to the user's profile you wish to edit.

  2. On the User Info tab, scroll to the bottom.

  3. You will find two sections: "Assign Staff" and "Assign Clients". Use these options to link the appropriate staff members and clients to the user's profile.







If your profile is linked to specific staff members and you have the permission to "View Team Schedules," you can see only the schedules of those staff members assigned to you. This makes scheduling easier and helps with better team coordination by showing only the relevant schedules.
