Help! I'm locked out of my account!

If you're trying to login and you get a message stating that you are locked out of your account, it's usually because of the following reasons:


  • You unsuccessfully attempted to login more than 3 times. The system will lock out any user who enters an invalid password more than 3 times.
  • Your agency / company has made you an inactive user
  • Your agency / company has locked your account for security reasons.


In the event you see a message stating you are locked out, please email your agency administrator or contact person. Theralytics cannot unlock accounts unless requested by the agency owner.
