Theralytics customers can register with Sandata for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) in Colorado by following the steps below.
To register for Sandata CO:
Go to Colorado’s EVV webpage:
www.colorado.gov/hcpf/evvSelect Theralytics as your third-party / alternate EVV vendor (sometimes shown as “provider choice” or “alternative vendor”).
If you are sent a Sandata or state registration form that requests vendor details, contact Theralytics so we can provide the required “vendor information.”
Complete the required Sandata training before you begin submitting EVV visit data.
Ensure your Theralytics account has the Sandata EVV integration enabled so our team can activate/configure the connection for you.
