The agency that you receive services from must have enabled your parent portal from their end. Once they activate the parent portal you should receive an email from Theralytics with the URL, username, and password. Please make sure to bookmark the URL.
If the agency has activated your portal, but you have not received your login, please do the following:
- Contact the agency and let them know you have not received your parent portal email from Theralytics
- Check your spam folder
- Confirm that the agency has the correct email address on file
Note: When logging in as a parent/guardian, please make sure you are selecting the option to 'Login as Client'. You can select the option to 'Login as Client' on the login page at the bottom if it has not been selected and you can confirm if you are logging in using the client option on the title.
