Setting up Mobile Data Collection

Important:  Your staff will be able to collect data for ALL of your clients in your organization if you do NOT have "View Team Clients Only" permission enabled for their role. If you would like to limit your staff to take data only on the clients they will be working with, you will need to enable the "View Team Clients" permission for their role and then assign their clients on their profile.


Enabling View Team Clients Permission:

  • Turn on the "View Team Clients Only" permission under "Manage Client". It's important to assign clients to your staff immediately after you've turned on this permission. Anyone who is assigned to this role will not be able to see clients on their schedule unless those clients are assigned.


  • You can assign clients by going to the user profile (edit user) and clicking the dropdown under "Assigned Clients". Important: Users will not see any clients in their schedule / data collection module besides the clients that are assigned to them.      


  • If a staff member has the collect data option they will be able to collect data on all of your clients in the mobile app. If they have the collect data AND view team clients permission, they will only be able to collect data on the clients they have been assigned to.
