Getting redirected to the login screen when signing in


Are you logging in and do you keep getting redirected back to the login screen? Please make sure that the permissions have been added for this specific role.





What to review if the user cannot see their clients


Is the View Team Clients permission active for this role? To find this role, please go to Masters, select Role Permissions, and then open the Manage client set of permissions.



If this permission is active, please go to Manage Users, select the User List, and then select the Edit icon for that specific user.
