How to Archive/Unarchive Domains, Targets and Programs

This guide will show you how to archive or unarchive domains, programs, and targets, and how to activate or deactivate them for data collection. Follow these simple steps for easy adjustments to your client's data setup:

1. First, select the client and navigate to their Data Collection setup from their profile.

2. To archive a domain, select Skill Acquisition and the domain you would like to archive, then click “Archive Domain”

3. To archive a program, open the domain where it is located. Select the program(s) you would like to archive and click “Archive Program”.

4. To archive a target, open the program where the target is located. Select the target(s) you want to archive and click “Archive Target”.

5. To unarchive programs or targets, please click “Unarchive” and select the domain, program and target name that you would like to unarchive.

Note: You also have the option to inactivate a target or program. This will not remove it from the programs list in the Data Collection Setup area, but it will no longer be listed for Data Collection on the mobile app. You can inactivate a target by toggling the Active switch. A gray switch means the program is inactive. A blue switch means the program is active.
