Once a session is created, the session time and date can be changed simply by dragging the appointment and dropping it on a new available time slot. Please follow the instructions below for information about this feature.
First create your session.
Once created, hover your mouse over the appointment and hold the left mouse button and drag the appointment to a new spot.
The system will ask you to confirm the new time.
Once confirmed, the appointment will move to the new time slot.
Please be aware that you will not be able to drag the appointment to an unavailable time slot, unless your user role has permission to create appointments outside of staff availability.
If you would like to adjust the start or end time for a session, simply click and drag the top or bottom of the appointment icon to the desired time.
The system will ask you for confirmation before changing the time.
