Office Ally Initial Setup

Modified on Tue, 16 Apr at 8:45 AM

Theralytics works with Office Ally as our clearinghouse and in order to bill claims electronically you will need to set up an account with them. Please follow the instructions below for information on how to get set up with Office Ally.

  1. You will first need to create an Office Ally account. Please navigate to officeally.com and select the Start Today option.

  1. On the next page, you will just need to select Clearinghouse.

  1. Sign up for the Clearinghouse option and create your login information.

  1. When logging in using the username and password created, the only requirement you will need to fill out is your company information.

  1. The following sections can be skipped and you can select 'Done' to access your Office Ally portal.

  1. After your Office Ally Username and Password is created, you will need to request an SFTP Account for your clinic. SFTP stands for Secure File Transfer Protocol and this is how Theralytics is able to securely send your claims to the clearinghouse while also meeting the requirements per HIPAA compliance.

  2. You’ll need to send an email (from the same email address that you registered with) to support@officeally.com with the following information:

Username: (your Office Ally username)

Contact Name: (your name)

Software Name: Theralytics

Type: HCFA

  1. Once the SFTP request has been completed, you will receive 2 separate emails from Office Ally. One will contain your SFTP Username, and the other contains the SFTP Password. These credentials will be separate from the username and password that you use to sign into Office Ally’s website.

  2. Please forward the SFTP credentials to our support team at support@theralytics.net and our team will have them added to your database. Once this is completed, you are ready to submit claims electronically from Theralytics.

  3. Before submitting claims, please review our EDI Enrollment and ERA enrollment guides for making sure that you are clear to submit claims to the payers that you are working with, along with being able to receive the payer response electronically.
