Setting up an SFTP account with OfficeAlly

If you do not already have an Office Ally account, please click here to review our article on this process. Once you have an OfficeAlly account we will need the OfficeAlly SFTP username/password so that you can bill directly through Theralytics. This username and password will be different from the one that you use to sign into OfficeAlly's website.

1. Once you have an OfficeAlly account we will need the OfficeAlly SFTP username/password so that you can bill directly through Theralytics.

2. Email support@officeally.com and let them know you would like to setup an SFTP account. Provide them with the following information:

   1. Username: (your office ally username)

   2. Contact Name: (your name)

   3. Software Name: Theralytics

   4. Type: HCFA

Contact: { Your first and last name }

3. You will get two emails from OfficeAlly once this has been completed. Please forward these emails to us immediately. You cannot bill through Theralytics unless we have received your SFTP account information.

   1. Ensure that you have completed all requirements to receive ERAs from OfficeAlly. This will allow Theralytics to post your payments directly to your ledger.

   2. Once you have an SFTP connection you can request for 999, 277, and 277CA files to sync directly to your database. 

   3. Email support@officeally.com and let them know you would like to receive 999, 277, and 277CA files to our SFTP account. Include your Office Ally username in the email.
