Theralytics gives you the option to generate graphs for the data you have collected in the system. Please follow the instructions below for more information on how this feature works and the types of graphs you can generate in the system.
Program Graphs - At the program level, these graphs will show the number of targets mastered over time.
In order to generate a program graph, navigate to the profile of your client, then select Manage Client > Data Collection setup.
Select your domain, then select the graph icon next to your program.
In the pop up window, select the graph type (Cumulative Mastery) and Theralytics will generate a graph that shows how many targets have been mastered within that program over the time period you specify.
Target Level Graphs - When graphing the targets, you will have a few more options for generating different types of graphs. You will also have the option of adding phase change lines that you have saved in the system as well. These graphs can also be exported by clicking the hamburger button.
In Data Collection Setup, select the program containing the targets you would like to graph.
Select the graph icon next to any one of the targets to pull up the graphing pop up window.
In the window, you will have the option of selecting your graph type from the drop down menu (% Correct Responding, Prompt Count, etc) and then setting the date range to view.
Behavior Graphs - Regarding Behavior graphs, there are two options. You can navigate to each individual behavior and generate a graph displaying Total Duration, Average Duration, and Cumulative Duration. You also have the option of going to the Behavior Graphs tab where you can graph more than one behavior on the same graph.
To graph an individual behavior, navigate to Data Collection Setup and select the Behavior Reduction tab.
Next simply click the graph icon next to your behavior.
In the pop up window, you can specify the graph type via the dropdown menu.
For Behavior graphs, you can also select the Behavior Graphs tab under Manage Client (instead of Data Collection Setup)
The Behavior Graphs tab will allow you to graph more than one behavior on the same graph. These can be selected via the dropdown menu.
From this window, you can also set a name for the axis on your graph.
Data Collection Graphs - Here you can generate graphs for programs and targets for your clients, as well as the behaviors you are taking data on. In this section, you also have the option of setting the axis names and graphing multiple targets within the same program and multiple behaviors as well.
Under Manage Client, select the Data Collection graphs option.
Under the Skill Acquisition Graph tab, you will need to select the program and target name for the graph you would like to generate. You can only select one program, but you can select multiple targets.
Under the Data Collection tab, you can select the recording type and the system will show the behaviors that fall under that recording type. You can only graph one recording type at a time, but you can graph multiple behaviors.
