Setting Up and Managing a Curriculum Library

Modified on Wed, 22 Nov, 2023 at 9:09 AM

In Theralytics, you have the ability to enter in your own curriculum libraries. The benefit of this is the library will not have to be re-written for each client, you can copy the information that was entered in the master’s section. Please follow the instructions below for more information on this feature.

Note: At least one curriculum library and domain are required to use the data collection module. Programs and targets are not required unless you choose to create a curriculum library that you will use.

Adding a Curriculum Library:

  • In your database, go to the ‘Masters Data Collection’ section from the menu on the left and select Curriculum Libraries.

  • Click on the "Add Curriculum Library" button to create your library. You can customize the name of the library based on an existing curriculum or create a new one.

 Adding Domains:

  • After creating the library, select "View Targets/Goals" to add your Domain. Domains will contain programs and targets for data collection that will be added to your client(s) data collection setup.

  • Click on "Add Domain" to create one or more domains. These can be from an existing curriculum or you can create your own.

Setting Goals and Targets:

  • In the Domain section, add goals and targets by clicking on "Add Goals/Targets" or by selecting a domain to view its programs.

  • In the Programs section, click "Add Programs" to add programs that will include the goals and targets.

  • For each program, you can add specific targets.

Details for Adding Targets:

  • Click on "Add Target" to open the target addition screen.

  1. Target Name: Name of the specific target.
