Theralytics will allow you to cancel appointments and require a cancellation reason that can be viewed in the system. Please follow the instructions below to use this feature.
In order to cancel an appointment, go to the Scheduling tab and hover your mouse over the appointment you are going to cancel.
Select the cancel icon (circle with a slash through the center) in order to bring up the cancellation menu.
Within the cancellation window, you will be required to choose a cancellation type and enter a reason.
6. Canceled appointments will show Gray in the schedule.
7. To Restore an appointment Click on the restore Icon:
8. Select “Yes”
9. Once the appointment is restored the cancellation icon will disappear and the color will return to the original one.
