In addition to our web browser option, clinical data can also be recorded on the mobile app. The process of using both platforms is identical. To collect data from the mobile app, follow these steps:
Tap on the Menu button in the top left corner.
Tap on Collect Data.
Type your client’s name in the search box and tap it to proceed to the program selection. We recommend selecting Sync Master Data at least once daily at the beginning of your first session to ensure all programs and targets are up to date. If you cannot see a particular client listed, you may need to ask your administrator to assign this client to your user.
Select which programs you will be running for today’s session. You can select individual programs or tap All to run all programs.
Once you have made your selections, tap Start.
Please note that programs, targets, and prompts must be set up in the web browser prior to using the mobile app.
From the Skill Acquisition tab, you can collect data on both Task Analysis (TA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) programs. Tap on the dropdown list of the desired program and select the target.
After selecting the target, the prompt codes will display, which you can then mark accordingly. A confirmation message will appear at the bottom, verifying that data was saved and showing the number of trials recorded in the ongoing session.
Tap on Today’s DTT Data to view trials. You can delete any recorded trials by mistake by tapping the recycle bin icon.
To collect data on Task Analysis programs, select the target and tap Data Sheet Icon.
A new window will pop up with steps listed in order. You need to select a prompt level for each step and tap Save to record the trial.
Behavior reduction data can be collected from the Behavior Data tab, located between the Skill Acquisition and Notes tabs. Behaviors are categorized by data collection method, such as Frequency and Duration.
To record Frequency Data, tap the plus sign (+) to add a tally or the minus sign (-) to remove one.
Once you’ve recorded the correct count, tap Save.
Similar to Skill Acquisition programs, you can delete behavior counts or duration data if recorded inaccurately by tapping the "Today's Frequency Data" button and then tapping the recycle bin icon next to the unwanted data.
To record Duration Data, switch to the Duration tab at the top and start the timer. Multiple timers can run simultaneously for different behaviors. Ensure you tap Save after stopping each timer to record the total duration.
For Partial Interval Data, tap on the Partial Interval tab to start the timer. If the behavior is observed during the interval, tap the checkbox to mark it. When checked, the interval will be recorded as “Yes” for behavior observed. The checkbox resets at the start of each new interval. You can also stop the interval and record the behavior occurrence by tapping Stop and Save.
15. To add any notes related to data collection, use the Notes tab and tap Add Note.
Do not use this section for session notes, which should be recorded by editing the appointment in the Main Menu.
16. To run maintenance programs, tap on the Maintenance tab. From there, select the programs you wish to run and proceed to collect data following steps 4 through 6.
