If you are unable to recall your security questions, please reach out to your agency admin for assistance in resetting them.
If you are an agency admin or have the permission to do so, you can reset the security questions by navigating to the User List, locating the user experiencing issues, and temporarily locking and unlocking their account. Once the account is unlocked, the user will be prompted to set new security questions upon their next login.
Note: This option is not for parent portals.
Resetting Security Questions for the Parent Portal
To reset security questions for parent portals, navigate to the client's profile and locate the 'Lock Account 1' feature. By locking and unlocking the account using this feature, you can reset the security questions. If the client has multiple parent portals, the first email listed will be linked to 'Lock Account 1', while the second email listed will be linked to 'Lock Account 2'.
