Theralytics can allow for locking the schedule so that appointments cannot be scheduled before a certain date. Please follow the instructions below to use this feature.
To set the schedule lock date, please click the icon in the top right corner of the screen and select the settings.
In the settings screen, set the Lock Scheduler date. Please be aware that appointments will not be able to be created before this date. Once this is done you will need to click save.
If any staff member attempts to schedule an appointment before the Lock Scheduler date, they will see this message and will not be able to schedule the appointment.
