With the Document Folders feature, you have the option of organizing your client or staff documents using folders. Please follow the guidelines below for information on how to use this feature.

  1. To find your client documents, please select your client by going to Manage Client > Client List on the left, or by selecting the client using the client search icon on the right.

  2. To start using folders, first create a Master Folder to use.

  1. Using the pop up window, you can name the Master folder what you like. Each client’s folder hierarchy is separate, even if they have the same folder names.

  1. Once you’ve added the master folder, you can then click into the folder and add additional sub folders

  1. For your existing documents, you can select the checkbox next to the document and then click Bulk Move Documents to move them to a Master or Sub folder that you have created.

  1. Once you select the Bulk Move Documents, you will be prompted to select the Master or Master + Sub folder that you would like to move the document to.

  2. If you would like to move all of the documents from one folder to another, please select the highlighted arrow. This arrow will not appear if the folder is empty.

  3. Deselect all will uncheck all of the documents you have selected. Clicking select all will select all documents.

  4. Bulk Inactivate documents will mark all the selected documents as inactive for this client. Bulk Activate will mark all the selected documents as active.

  5. Bulk delete documents will delete all the selected documents for this client.

  6. Regarding staff documents, they will function in a similar way to what we just covered with client documents. You will need to navigate to Manage User > Documents to see the same information.

  1. Make sure that you select a staff member from the dropdown list, or you will not be able to see the folder options.
