How to add Service Codes

Theralytics gives you the ability to enter in service codes you will be using, along with applying modifiers that will be utilized. Please follow the instructions below to add your service codes and modifiers.

1. From the Dashboard, select Masters and then Service Codes

2. Select the Add Service code button, and add the basic information for the code you are entering. Keep in mind that you will need to select the Billable option in order to bill this service code to the insurance. You can also add any modifiers that you will be using on this page.

3. Once you’ve saved the service code info, you will be able to add the code to the Payer Service Code section for the list of your payers.
