A Telehealth location must be manually added to each client's profile. Please check with your payer before billing a telehealth location code on your claims.
- Go to "Address" in the client profile section and then scroll down to "Additional Address". Click the green plus icon to add an additional address:
- Select "Other" for address type and then type "Telehealth" in the other address type section. You can then enter the address where you'll be performing telehealth in the address section. Select "Telehealth" in location type. Telehealth location type is billed as location code "02" on your claims.
- Create your Telehealth appointment on your calendar by creating an appointment as you normally would. You would then select Telehealth as the service location. Telehealth will only appear if you've successfully added the Telehealth location to the client's profile.
